Refund Policy

Tute Boricua's lifetime access is a one-time payment of $15 processed through Stripe. Refunds are available for accounts less than 24 hours old — contact us within that window and we'll process it. Requests after 24 hours are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe and will withdraw lifetime access from the account.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are reviewed individually; we don't automatically ban an account the moment a dispute is opened, but disputed accounts may be suspended pending review.
