Tute Boricua charges a one-time payment of $15 for lifetime access to the application. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial operating life of the service, not the lifetime of the purchaser — the service may change, experience downtime, or be discontinued.

Access may be suspended for abusive or fraudulent behavior, at our discretion, with notice where reasonably possible.

Tute Boricua is a card game for entertainment. It does not provide gambling or wagering services, and users may not stake money or prizes through the service.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for refund conditions.

Users are expected to treat other players respectfully. Accounts may be suspended for harassment, cheating, or other conduct that undermines the game for others.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings; see our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.

The Maritzaida card artwork, branding, and all original content in Tute Boricua are protected by copyright. Users may not extract, reproduce, or resell the artwork.
